You cannot “beat” the blockade. Compare what a cargo ship can carry and deliver and what tanker can carry and deliver vs what a train or freight can do. It’s not even close.

Iran’s use of freight and trains is merely a small work around. In the end it’s not a replacement for sea transport.

Quite a bit of freight can be moved via rail if the capacity is there.

Interestingly, I don't recall the US targeting rail centers.

It takes 5000 trucks to move 1 million barrels of oil. A single train can do 100,000 barrels.

A single VLCC tanker can do 2 million.

Also A single cargo ship can carry 20x a train.

Interestingly, I don't recall the US targeting rail centers.

They targeted multiple tracks particularly during the whole “bridge day” fiasco. The issue is train tracks can be repaired quickly and easily.

So it didn’t make economic sense for to spend time wasting valuable (and scarce) stand off munitions on something that gets repaired 24 hours later.

The U.S. Navy is facing a serious logistics problem in the Middle East.

Around 20 ships carrying roughly 20,000 sailors and Marines need more than 420,000 meals and about eight million gallons of fuel every week.

The situation became much harder after Iran destroyed a key Navy logistics base in Bahrain and made other nearby ports too dangerous to use.

Supply ships now have to travel about 2,200 miles to Diego Garcia, or even farther to Singapore, before returning to the fleet.

Iran is still using the sea route with the help of some of its neighbors. Hint: Look back Qalibaf's visits to some of Iran's neighbors, and Iran not attacking the oil infrastructure for some of its neighbors!! Bro, things are not as black and white.
