Trump will attack Pickaxe mountain and Iran will fire a few missiles at U.S. bases and warn of further consequences if U.S. attacks Iran again even though U.S./Israel have basically killed anyone they wanted to and crossed every red line imaginable.

I believe this is the most Iran can do, like @jhungary mentioned, the missiles only destroy a few buildings, its the warheads that matter and Iran doesnt have any. Usa Israel fired 25k + bombs on Iran meanwhile Iran fired 4k drones and missiles, which caused damage but not enough to create a detterance. This is why Iranian new leadership is willing to give concessions. Ofcourse both Iran and Usa/Israel will celebrate victory. From here on Israel Usa will continue to bully and corner Iran, all until the regime collapses.

Any idea that Trump would use a nuclear bomb is absurd! The United States wouldn't dare!! Do you really think he can just do whatever he wants? The world isn't just the United States and Iran! Before using nuclear weapons, would the United States dare not to notify other major powers first?? And other major powers would firmly stop it! The consequences of using them without coordination among the major powers—the United States cannot afford the consequences they would trigger! It's that simple!

Problem is that USA's world revolves around Iran.
