Because it is surrounded by Gaza, West Bank, Jordan, Egypt, all within a few miles to tens of miles. Iranian nuke sites have nobody around for hundreds of miles. If Allah forbid any radiation leaks, Iran would be putting Millions of Muslim lives at risk. Not worth it. Also, Israel wants to attack Iranian Nuke sites to stop their progress. What will Iran achieve when Israel already has nukes since 50 years ?

It is far more practical for Iran to hit Refineries, Airbases & AA Sites. Tonight's refinery hit is the actual painful stuff for Israel.
