If Iran wants a very risky but very high reward operation is to move SRBMs (F-110 etc) quickly to Iraq and launch them at Israel from there

There is no such thing as a perfect defence. Yes Iran did not invest heavily in their Air Force but they need to use the Air Force they do have, it’s a “use it or lose it” situation. They have 150+ combat capable jets that if nothing else can at least be used to take down drones and cruise missiles.

The game plan is probably that US joins the war because Israel can never defeat Iran alone. The missiles from Iran will only continue and Israel knows that.

If the US joins the war I'm afraid we got ourselves a ww3.

They got themselves a ww3... far away from their land, difficulty with logistics, and hypersonics missiles watching their military bases and interests just few km from Iran. Man that's going to be some bloody war, the sharks of Persian Gulf, Red sea, Indian Ocean will become very fat.
