Relax bro, its a war, Iran has not given us all a written agreements that they will fire every single night.

There is a lot of misinfo, information blackout inside Israel, stuff going on with Trump. Speculating number of missiles is speculation at best. For all we know Iran might just be sending warning shots, letting Israel rethink any escalation. Nobody knows what is happening. Lets see what happens in the coming days.

You need to come out of denial and try and asses what actually has happened in Iran so far.

But Iran is huge, it has lot of depth, much more man-power and much more ability to sustain and absorb damages. If Iran is getting low on missiles and missile-launchers, so is Israel getting low on its interceptors and strike munitions. Israel is doing Psyops and want to show that they can do this forever. They CANNOT. Israel want to take away your hopes. You must be ready to take hits but must NEVER give up Hope. This conflict may end sooner or later but Iranians will come back strong. Israel thought, it will be able to erupt chaos, do regime change and Iran will submit.

It is a war of attrition with Israel+America+UK etc and even Jordan on one side vs a country which is under sanctions on the other side. Even mighty Russia, with its huge huge defense industry, natural resources, large population had to get weapons from Iran and soldiers from North Korea.
Iran's advantages are a proud, resilient population, large landmass but if it can't drag this war of attrition on for long by firing missiles into Israel then very difficult. But who is going to supply the missiles in large numbers is the big question. Only China has the industrial capacity for that.

I don't know how much missile making/firing capacity Iran has left with. If it has enough for several months then good. If not then Iran will be a total sitting duck.

Iran should have anticipated this as soon as both the Hezbollah and the Assad fronts folded and that was a good 6-8 months ago. There was NO WAY Netanyahu wasn't going to capitalize on that, especially with Trump's regime starting around that time. Iran should have worked to put militias close to the Israeli border. I don't know where they would come from but Iran does have a large population and also a rather large army. And maybe Shia militias/population in Iraq and Syria would be added. If Israel didn't attack Iran for decades it was to a large part because of the rocket firing militias close to Israel.

The biggest error was waiting. Israel took out each threat one by one. First they focused on Hamas and completely crushed it. Then they focused on Hezbullah and crushed it, now they are focused on Iran. Right time to degrade Israeli military was when Hamas was fighting IDF in Gaza. That was the time when Hezbullah and Iran should have launched joint attack on Israel. Anyways now, Israel must not be successful in their Iran project. I firmly believe, Pakistan will become their "project" if Israel is successful in their Iranian project. People can argue we are nuclear power and this and that. Yes, but still the whole israeli enterprise of Mosaad and overall israeli capabilities which is built over several decades and that works to eliminate or degrade its "threats' will have no other major project other than "Pakistan". The very idea of islamic state with nuclear weapons is completely unacceptable to Zionist mentality. If Pakistan is smart, then we must make it our national policy to NOT let Israel succeed in their Iranian project. We must learn from "waiting for our turn" policy. We don't have to attack Israel, but just help Iran enough openly or covertly that Iran could survive this and come out strong. For us doing this is easy as Iran is our neighbor. For Israel to do anything about it is difficult. We must not be in any perception that Israel won't make us a target, even if not directly but atleast indirectly to degrade, destabilize with unimaginable ways. We have seen their dirty tactics. Imagine them doing hand in hand with indians / RAW. Its Writing on the wall!

Instead of clustering massive amount of launchers to fire 100+ missiles, Iran uses mobile launcher to quickly fire and quickly withdraw, reducing the early warning of Israel and avoiding being struck

That makes no sense. In order to overcome the Iron Dome Iran needs to shoot large barrage of missiles of at least 200 missiles a day to hit critical infrastructure in order to even compete with damage Israel is causing Iran. Iran needs to establish deterrence, right now its nowhere near that.

Iran should cut funding to Lebanon and Iraq and let Hezbollah and PMU die, or tell to the US that if sanctions are removed, we will stop funding them and use that as a leverage, and invest heavily on Pakistan and China

All the funds for Lebanon should be allocated to build a strong and long lasting alliance with Pakistan and China with not only words but sharing of weapon blueprints and finally allow China to sell us jets
