The only thing Iran could realistically do at this point is make some deal with China, where by Iran promises something big for China, a deep discount for oil and gas, and possibly dismantling its nuclear program under Chinese supervision, in exchange for Chinese air cover ASAP. PLAAF J-20s and AWACS over Iran and China acting as a buffer between Israel and the US (Trump looks like he is about to join Israel’s war). The PLAN moving into the Persian gulf and to Iranian ports. Russia is bogged down and China won’t go out of its way unless they get something more than the combined risk of the move is worth.

There has to a be a moment in the near future where China makes a move strong enough to signal the start of a multipolar world order with itself as a 1:1 peer with the U.S in terms of power projection. This could be a chance if China makes the first move and breaks the privilege that the Americans have enjoyed so far.

Sadly I think this is too early for a big event like that to happen. We probably won't see such a move until we pass the next 5-10 years first...
