To his credit, Persian Gulf is a staunch supporter of IR Iran in majority of his posts. I just think that we should not be surprised that Israel with full U.S support can strike some targets in Iran. That is why Iran has worked hard to build under ground bases for Artesh and IRGC. IRGCAF has shown that it is capable of improving the quality of their attacks on more than one occasion. I look at the qualitative improvement of the True Promise 2 attack compared to TP-1. I believe that how ever successful TP-2 was, Iran was able to learn lessons that will lead to qualitative improvement for the next time IRGCAF launches an operation against Israel.

Iran is not Israel, Iran does not get billions of dollars worth of top of the line U.S weapons and technology for its own domestic projects. The Missiles Iran fired were domestic products developed with a fraction of what Israel and the U.S spend on their combined defense spending. Israel did manage to accurately hit >20 targets. From what I have seen from the Satellite images released so far, many of the targets hit did not appear to have sustained heavy damage. The Blue Sparrow/Rocks missiles used by the IAF, although very accurate, had small warheads. Most of the targets like the Solid fuel mixer buildings did not show signs of secondary explosions. As far as Israeli capabilities are concerned the attack comprising of up to 140 aircraft was underwhelming.
