This is the route the USAF took. No b2'were anywhere near India. B2s are strategic weapons they would not land in a non US base or US leased base during an operation.
As per uncle google the B2 has an operational range 11,000 km more than enough to reach Tehran from Whiteman AFB, Missouri and refuel mid air.

Hamas was the first one, then Pakistan as 2nd. Hamas is a sovereign legitimate National Govt, by our policy so they are the first ones. Russia/China were a joint 3rd. I was specifically following the statements to see who talks when.

Psychological warfare, hatred and show of force. They get free arms so they don’t need to worry about the cost. So they either force Iran to surrender by psyching them out, or they get to drop bombs on an enemy for free, humiliate them and show their strength. Its a win-win

Trump has a business mindset. He wouldn't have struck it on a Friday as it would severely impact the stock market.
I believe they carefully choose a Saturday so as to minimise any shock to the markets.
I would still say Pakistan did a good job trying to buy time.
