Iran just issued a statement that their attack was not an attack on the "brotherly nation of Qatar". It is unlikely the GCC Arabs will be embroiled in any retaliation if Iran attacks the bases hosted in their countries.

American bases in Qatar, Bahrain and UAE are legitimate targets.
