Iran did not achieve any kind of strategic victory. That's a delusional take.

They achieved a few tactical victories.

However, we know their air defenses were actually destroyed after TP2 as Israel claimed and their airspace is now open to Israeli attacks.

The only way this turns into a strategy victory is if they now actually weaponize their nuclear program and race to a nuclear weapon, and successfully test one.

This is not a victory, but Israel's calculations were miserable and didn't reached any of its objectives

Objectives:
- Iran to surrender after the third day of war ("TOTAL SURRENDER") as per IRGC officials claim was their objective
- Never allow Iran to reorganize
- Complete dismantlement of the nuclear program
- Regime change
- Iranians to rally in favor of Israel

None of those objectives were reached, IRGC officials claims IDF expect Iran to surrender at day 3 when Iran was still reorganizing

Now for Iran to move towards a win would be to kick out IAEA inspectors and leave the NPT, if those two things are done quickly, nuclear ambiguity will be applied to Iran

Iran HAS to mention that if a ceasefire is reached, any assassination or sabotage inside Iran will prompt Iran to acts immediately at the heart of Tel Aviv, i don't know if this will be mentioned but Iran HAS to set that condition for a ceasefire

This wasn't a question of AD "quality", but the infiltrators that destroyed a major part of AD systems within Iran

Iran has solid AD designs, but it needs to protect them from insider ATGMs/drones and produce them in bigger numbers. But HQ-19 or S-400 would always be beneficial to mix the IADS and shuffle Iranian systems with Chinese and Russian ones, just like China does with its HQ-9 and S-400

Instead of looking inward, Iran must develop and strengthen the Axis of Resistance as well as expand it in addition to its own economic and military development. Secondly, they should develop linkages and joint programs with Sunni resistance movements like Hamas.

The issue here is Israel has complete coverage in Iran, he can literally attack anywhere in Iran, while Iran need to punch thru Israeli Air Defence, even if we can keep the ceasefire for a few month (which they already violated by the way) you are talking about the situation either unchanged because US will simply resupply Israel but can Iran make missile faster than US making interceptor? We will get back to the same place as today if Iran can make interceptor faster than the US, otherwise you are going to run out of missile before Israel ran out of interceptor, bear in mind US defence industry are untouched, and Iranian missile site had been targetted.

Just to add to your point. It would be an upscale battle for Iran to match the production rates with US and Israel and at the same time rebuild their Air defenses and other equipment.

This will be a temporary and short lived ceasefire as Israel has not achieved all of hers objectives.

They aren’t willing to sell. At least they haven’t in the past and I don’t see that changing anytime soon
