Iran should just try placing an order for J-10CE to just see if they will deliver or not, and if they do place further orders for other systems

Contrary to Russia, Iran never placed an order for Chinese weapons recently (last 20 years)

What's the general view of Iran's military planners, currently?

Is it back to business? Or, is there an actual eye opening realizing that Iran is severely handicapped due to a lack of vital equipment?

With this video, and Iranian officials rushing to China for alleged emergency defense procurements, I get the feeling that Iran is rushing to prepare for the inevitable next round.
