I think it is copium from this guy as usual. Entire layout schematics were taken by Israel in 2018 and the US likely already knew from their spies or IAEA agents. The US prepared for this strike for many years, they are not infallible but it's relatively unlikely they would miss a detail like this.

Patarames is indeed biased. Some of his analyses have been proven to be wrong before and the IAEA has the blueprint of the facility. So, he could be wrong again.

I think the US has carefully planned and executed the mission but they may not have achieved what they hoped for.
