a deal is much easier to reach on nuclear issues considering Iran is no longer enriching uranium anyway
but the US also wants limits on missiles. and this is much harder to achieve since Iran will obviously not negotiate on this.

To be fair even if they are a few hundred miles isn’t exactly nearby and could have been done a lot easier and closer to their coasts if it was to watch American movements honestly they would have an easier time watching American movements in speedboats like they have done in the past from several miles
