Israeli aircraft are restricted because of the distance involved over Syria/Iraq to Iran. Unless the Arab states open up their airbases to host IDF jets, the constraints of the original Iran/Israel conflict still hold, though this time, without the element of surprise.
USA is more capable as the distances are smaller. Iran would need to work to restrict the capability of the air-air refuellers, so that it can then use that to restrict the mission rate of the jets them selves. The Achilles heel for the USN/USAF air force is the air refuelling tankers. Take them out, then life becomes very difficult for the USA.
