I think just one example is how hard Turkey/GCC/West worked together to sponsor the civil war in Syria and remove Assad. That is what opened the gateway to these repeated attacks on Iran by Israel, West and frankly the GCC.
It's been same story since 1980 when this same gang sponsored Saddam's attack on Iran.

Like it or not, most Syrians despised Assad and his crimes he and his family committed. Assad had a chance to step down and transition power instead of letting the country fall apart. Either way this is another debate.

This doesn’t answer the REPEATED failures by Iran. Iran has shown it is incompetence with the last two engagements. Iran used Hezbollah as a proxy to shield itself from attack. It never intended on any confrontation and this is why you see all the failures. Israel has shown air dominance over Iran with Iran having very limited counterattacking capabilities. A few missiles launched on Israel is not gonna change the outcome of the war. Israel has shown it can dish out many times the damage Iran can and cause countless deaths/casualties. How many Israelis died in last two attacks?
