There should be plans to take out oil-lng fields in uae qatar and others as well depending on how the situation escalates. By sabotage or by ballistic-cruise missiles permanent damage to oil infrastructure would be good. Those regimes are dependant on oil trade. Once oil goes regime blows. If the last war was an indication, Israel is not as big of a threat as it seemed to Iran. Their jets hardly reached Iran and most attacks were internal sabotages. Baes in Arab countries and Us fleet are the actual threat to Iran. This time Iran seems to be attacking Isrel for cosmetics while actually taking on the US Arab bases. Iran has a small arsenal that can reach Israel. Arab countries are another matter though, they can be targeted with medium to small rockets as well as all kind of missiles.
