The thing he did is basically a stand-off attack over a long distance, as I said before, you can bomb Oman or Dubai or Bahrain however you want, those places were evacuated, there are tons of videos showing people getting moved from those areas months ahead of these attacks, which are mostly submarine or air-based cruise missiles, this is going to be unaffected
