I think Iran gave up on enrichment etc a long time ago. It was just something to use in negotiations. Now its only about imposing enough of a cost to prevent another attack 6 or 9 months from now.

Ukraine is getting intelligence and weapons replenishment by the entire collective west.
Iran lacks any capable fighter aircraft to confront enemy aircraft and has a very poor anti air defense systems.

A land invasion of Iran is a whole different story. I am only speaking on the current state of the conflict. Iran has not been able to lay major carnage to Israeli cities. It was relying on Hezbollah which is decimated. Those missiles are very limited and with advanced warning systems to shelter in place casualties have been very few.

We are at this moment quite relaxing to be honest. Houthis are not active... Iraqi resistance is being a bit lazy/practicing, Hezbollah is taking some rest, oil platforms in the region are not hit etc. Iran is very big and has a huge population and access to different countries.

That Pakistan will do but more importantly Pakistan needs to expand beyond its borders. It cannot afford to stay passive and have 3 fronts. Better create a buffer zone inside Afghanistan or take over Afghanistan completely to pre-empt western and Israeli proxies. Also, it needs to grab Kashmir to secure its territorial integrity and secure water rights before India makes its move and finally, it needs keep an eye on other side of Balochistan in case Iran breaks up

So the Pakistan-Afghanistan conflict has the American backing and I tend to think Pakistan knew an attack on Iran was just about to happen and so Pakistan created its own 'fog of war' to grab some Afghan territory.
There is nothing Pakistan will do for Iran except taking in refugees if comes to that and sending material civilian aid. And there is nothing Pakistan can actually do without risking an India-Israel combine with even support from America against Pakistan. The damn cave dwellers in Afghanistan are enough of a threat if the Americans decide to back them!
Iran had sheltered a Mughal Emperor centuries ago, then also helped Pakistan during the 1965 and 1971 wars against India but Pakistan is too much vulnerable to do more for Iran then try to defuse the situation. Those criticizing the Pakistani PM for Trump boot licking should know that nothing concrete was offered to Trump by Pakistan which is against Iran or against any Muslim countries but Pakistan was able to extract major concessions like upgrading the Pakistani fleet of F-16s, which was denied since 2021. Pakistan's governance is a shamble, its economy is really bad, but Pakistan's foreign policy, along with Pakistan's Air Force is where Pakistan does the best.
