I think so. Harris was a bit of inconvenience to Netanyahu. Not friendly, not agreeing to everything he says and does. Definitely, there would not be a blank check policy. With Trump, it is a free license to do as he pleases and more importantly, blank check for whatever he needs. With Trump, a full-scale war with Iran seems much more likely.
