the reality .. the whole purpose of bombing iran is to make it weak like Lebanon

It looks like they are striking mountains. Could it be possible they are striking launchers?

Lots of smoke up like that doesnt bode well for Iran. I hope they really have a good supply of launchers.
Likely so. Trying to penetrate storage sites under mountains ?

Iran's friends should adjust their attack strategy.

They always target the "enemy's" strongest points. Given their own military weakness compared to their adversaries, this approach is largely meaningless. And Iran seems uninterested in attacking many of the "enemy's" most vulnerable points...

Or perhaps they still harbor illusions about "peace negotiations"?
Good assessment.

Exactly! Its obvious Iranians knew attack could come any time. Iran's whole battle plan is based on concealing weapon systems, underground facilities, and then ambush tactics, they would have 100s of decoys mixed with real launchers. US has wasted billions of worth expensive missiles on decoys too while also hitting significant number of real ones.

Iran's offensive capability is far from over!

I bet the day americans say its over and leave. After 3 days Iran will conduct a ballistic missile test of new type!

Iran is using great strategy to deplete their ammunition, and China should assist further more to strangle their rare earth supply.

To defend Syria as Israel looks poised to invade southern Syria :
..
..

Walla website on officials in the Northern Command:

Forces affiliated with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa are moving combat equipment and troops to the Al-Tilal area in the Golan in Syria, in violation of previous agreements reached with Israel.

5 Typhoon Sqds and 3 F-35 Sqds are no joke..

For sure UK cannot fight a war completely by itself anymore, but it can contribute meaningful forces if need be

Lmao no. How many of those squadrons are actually active with servicable aircraft? Even if we assume all squadrons are servicable and combat ready uk needs atleast 2 squadrons for self defence, atleast another 2 would be kept in europe for nato commitments as us forces leave en masse to mid east etc. at the end you’re essentially left with 1 or 1.5 sqdns that you can forward deploy which is what we are seeing with current forces split between qatar and Cyprus. 12-20 aircraft wont be a meaningful addition to 400+ plane armada

I don’t think this war will last more than 2 weeks maybe even it will become known as the ‘7 day war’.

I Could very well be wrong, but Iran’s firing rate is dropping off. The air defense did what I expected - terrible. The navy did what I expected - terrible. The missile force did what I expected - worse than 12 day war (due to UsAF involvement this time).

Trump wants a deal and soon Larijani/Pezeshkian will want a deal as well. All these hardline statements on both sides in the media is nothing more than negotiation tactics.

Israel and U.S. aren’t going after assassinations anymore and likely want to see who emerges. Which points to behind the scenes negotiations likely already underway thru intermediaries.

I don’t know I don’t get the sense this conflict will be going on much longer.

IMO Iranian missiles are just being launched at lower rate to keep the stock enough time for any further hike in intensity.

Even if US is successful destroying launchers, those are easily replaceable. Remember those are just modified commercial trucks with hidraulic systems and maybe some tanks for fueling missiles. But we can assume that It is harder to produce a liquid or solid ballistic missile than a launcher. You can produce them in remote workshops covertly.

IRIAF and IRIN can't do nothing against this overwhelming force. Islamic Republic know that and again bet all in missile forces.

But IRIADF and IRGC are performing well. To the point that much more MALE drones have been shoot down and there are no evidences of constant air presence over Iranian territory. More over, if you see the videos most of missiles launchers have been destroyed by small mikholit guided munitions that suggest most of the hunting of missiles launchers have been done by drones and not fighters.

IRIADF and IRGC cannot answer with all SAM systems turned on from the first day. That would mean that SEAD missions would knock off SAM systems in few hours. I didn't saw any video or satellites images of long range SAM systems destroyed that also suggest that most of them have been hidden for further moments.

Good assessment.
Peace is never achieved through negotiation. I hope our Iranian friends will internalize this principle.

If I were an Iranian commander, I would use significant military force to attack the following locations:

1. All infrastructure within Israel: desalination plants, power plants and hubs, oil facilities and pipelines, key transportation hubs, etc.

2. All of Israel's border walls. Regardless of whether the bordering regions are friendly with Israel, I would strive to breach all the separation barriers.

I would use a small number of hypersonic missiles to symbolically attack Israeli military bases, government centers, and other highly defended locations. I would not attack any civilian areas.

If any other country helps Israel intercept my missiles and UAVs aimed at Israel, I will attack that country's infrastructure.
