This is an unforgivable betrayal.
Everyone knows the Gulf states freely allow USAF and IDF to use their bases and airspace to indiscriminately bomb Iran.
Yet it's absurd that only Iran refrains from retaliating.
This is precisely accepting the rule America and Israel have long sought to impose, that they can freely bomb whenever they please.

But the agreement doesn't include US bases. It just said territory. So if the US redeploys new radar systems there used for the conflict, Iran can still target them.

Remember that using airspace is still not allowed too.
So if US flies tankers to refuel fighters and bombers that pass through the airspaces of, for example, Iraq, Syria, Saudi, UAE, Turkey and other Arab/ME countries, then that is technically allowing US to use their airspace to attack Iran so Iran must respond.

And some US bases still there might have personnel spying on Iran even if the early warning radars are gone, so attacks on those US bases must continue until Iran has intel that all US troops and assets are gone for good or the host country has formally asked all US forces to leave and never return(at least until the war is over). Arab leaders must allow this news reported to so the whole world can verify that US forces have been given the boot.

With this, the only way USAF and USN can attack Iran from is International Airspace and Waters(from Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf, etc), so it gives Iran more breathing space so they can predictably engage the US from known vectors.

Agreed, it will be pretty much upto Iran to decide what kind of a leeway it allows to each of them. Considering the damages they all took, they will probably listen to Iran far more than the US, as the US practically abandoned them and Iran seems to be the one in-charge, at least at the strategy of its neighbouring region.
