I don't think a new regime would necessarily be hostile towards Pakistan, but I can easily be wrong.

A secular, atheist regime in Iran would be pro west. As much as I despise the mullah regime in Iran they are still better. Also western backed regime in Iran would threaten Gwadar and Karachi ports. For the Indians and the West Iran is a perfect country to get to Central Asia and keep an eye on Pakistan. At least the current regime is in Asian camp which protects Russian and Chinese interests

This is the most likely scenario, otherwise Iran boasted about its 100,000 missile arsenal, it chose to be enemies of the zionist so where are its defences, chemical weapons, biological weapons, nukes, SAM systems. I am not saying Iran cannot fire missiles at Israel, yes it may do it but Israel is ruling Iranians skies, they will bomb the #### out of Iran, bases, airports, ports, infrastructure, everything will be destroyed. Where are iranian allies such as Russia and India? Keep in mind if Iran targets usa bases in the middleeast, Iran will be attacked with unbelievable power, Israel also made the same threat, that if Iran attacks Israel in a damaging way, Israel will attack Iran and destroy its economy.
