Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I have a hunch US airborne troops will land on Khargh ASAP and take control of the oil infrastructure and use it against Iran as leverage (for opening up the Strait of Hormuz).

They won't wait for the Marines coming from Japan, that is a distraction.

Yeah that was expected they can’t fend off those rocket attacks much longer so they are going to go in but no manic pagers to save their asses this time and Hezbollah has nearly gone totally dark like their roots working in small units waiting for the idf to start crossing the border when it happens it’s going to be large showy entrance from the air blowing up bridge’s energy infrastructure and water

If the saudi strategic pipline got targeted then it's gonna be a huge hit to gulf countries and u.s , basically that pipeline works as alternative to Hormuz , it delievers the oil to the red sea ports instead of the gulf.
Not iran maybe Houthis, This way Iran will have His hands clean and have his work done. houthis are uncontrollable and a different breed, Their silence should be compared with Hzbs silence of last 15 months.. Houthis gave the reality check to Arab coalition of 19 countries few years ago. They are huge in numbers and they can attack and destroy saudis oil production in few hours due to their location

They are going to invade and try and take the island. No way is iran firing missiles at their own infrastructure. God knows what the US plan is but I think, it is basically hold the island till negotiations are completed.

But, if they loose a lot of soldiers taking it over then why give it up after? Really confusing to know their end game by using soldiers. Is it to take the island, nuclear material, get rid of current leadership?? Island and nuclear material are the two that make the most sense. But, the real question is, can they??

Is iran that weak. I highly doubt it. But that island cant house 1million soldiers. Should be easy for them to take it over. But can they hold on to it? Time will tell. Let's pray iran has already anticipated this and is very well prepared. God help them. Aameen
I was thinking maybe the plan is to trade Kharg for reopening of Hormuz and gain better negotiation terms

That's what I thought and wrote. But, let's see if they actually got through with it. Could be just a bluff. But as we have seen, when they move stuff they follow through. These extra 5000 soldiers means sth is up

I’m telling you if there is a land invasion Saudis are going to send their boys in to get slaughtered while Bibi watches and smiles
Yanks and zionists playing very well by destroying Iranian regime with help of gulfies and destroying and emptying gulfies air defences with the help of iran soon when both objectives are achieved ground invasion of saudia and Jordan will began to create greater israel

Five Air Force Refueling Planes Hit in Iranian Strike on Saudi Arabia

Five U.S. Air Force refueling planes were struck and damaged on the ground at Prince Sultan air base in Saudi Arabia, according to two U.S. officials.
The tankers were hit during an Iranian missile strike on the Saudi base in recent days, the officials said. U.S. Central Command declined to comment. The tankers were damaged but not fully destroyed and are being repaired, one of the officials said. No one was killed in the strikes.
The news brings the total number of Air Force refueling planes damaged or destroyed to at least seven. It comes after two Air Force KC-135 refueling planes collided on Thursday, leading one of the aircraft to crash into the ground. All six crew members were killed, the Pentagon announced on Friday.
Iran has been targeting U.S. troops and military equipment at bases across the region in retaliation for Operation Epic Fury. A U.S. service member died after suffering serious injuries during an attack at the Saudi base on March 1.

You do realize if you actually looked on a map where Kharg is there is no land invasion coming.

Good luck holding a 20KM little island right next to Iran and with the strait closed. Iran will just divert the oil to Jask or another terminal.

The reason it likes using Kharg is for VLCCs can easily berth. But during an existential war that isn’t a priority.
