It's middle of war so they get benefit of doubt. If they don't rethink their defense needs and make mandatory conscription in their nations after the war, then I don't know who can help them. They should start looking inwards for meeting their security needs and not just for outward protection.

Man those submunitions are a joke. They need to send a real volley of 20-30 at a time of those big missiles with actual punishing payloads at that refinery if they were serious about destroying it.

But of course they're not, that's only reserved for Qatar's infrastructure apparently.
