Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Did Dimona get hit ? Was there another missile ? Is Israel hiding something?

Not really. The fact remains that a solid air force and air defence would have reduced Iranian vulnerability to enemy attacks quite substantially. Iran has been forced into absorbing the brutal attacks against it, at a very high cost, and has hit back very hard also. It would have been better to have all the correct components in place for total war, which is where we seem to be perilously close to right now. Advanced Air Force and air defence are still urgently required by Iran.
Perhaps a SAM based AD was an option for Iran but certainly a credible airforce to challenge US and Israel was never option for Iran. Even Russians weren't willing to sell them the best of their junk.

Yes for AD, no for airforce. No one was selling them advanced jets, and even if they had acquired some, they wont stand no chance against US+Israel airforce.
So, i think Iran did best by investing in missiles and drones.

It was probably AD-08 Majid SHORAD. Its Azarakhsh interceptor is a highly maneuverable All aspect IIR HOBS. Originally designed as WVR for F-14AM project but adapted as SHORAD.

The Majid and Azarakhsh are two separate systems. The Azarakhsh is based on the Aim-9 platform and is not tube launched unlike the Majid.
