This Pakistani lady mentioned America's 15 points about 11 hours ago, while NY Times brought up the 15 points a bit ago. I think the Points on both sides are maximalist--as bargaining chips.
I am only starting from the 15 points part but the whole video worth watching though; it is only 17 minutes. This makes me think some journalists in Pakistan have access to govt officials--not good, I think.

I think china and Russia would veto that Russia right now is banking from this war have paid off the Ukraine war for the past 2 years at this point(no sources just assuming oil is double and Russia is one of the few big producers selling their oil)

In my humble opinion the only reason they did not openly enter the war yet is because it quickly became clear that Iran was a tough nut to crack. In the first day or two, after the false flag projectiles Aliyev spoke with extreme hostility about Iran, calling the Iranians نامرد, etc and began moving equipment to the border. This only stopped and turned into token 'humanitarian aid' as Iran began pounding the aggressors.
They are not out of the calculus and will attack Iran (and Syunik) the moment Iran's strength drops below a threshold.
Possible excuses we would hear:
- Buffer zone to stop the flow of refugees
- Can't have terrorist Kurds controlling the border region
- Help our Turkic brothers
- There is no central government control and we can't have lawlessness on our borders
Similar to their Syria playbook. Not much creativity in their strategies.
