Bro without a single objective achieved so far. And giving Iran a upper hand in the conflict. How can you even call it operationally excellent is beyond me.

By 'operationally' I mean General Dan Caine is executing whatever President Trump/Pete Hegseth are ordering him to do without dropping the ball. Achieving 'objectives' is the goal of the civilian leadership. Even talking of 'objectives', granted it was poorly thought out, but no one can deny that Iran is really in a much weaker condition now compared to February 28.

Update: India defrauded Israel by claiming to developed anti drone A.I weapon based on Insas rifle and offered total 10 Billion USD for total TOT but Israelis are smart enough to pay only 5 million USD just to test the weapon first but they found Indian just mount rifle on tripod and claiming it be effective anti drone weapon.

Now Indian and Israeli trying hard to declare this news fake. Now back channel Israeli demanding 5 million USD back while Indian asking 9.5 Billion USD total.

The best advice for Indians will be to take their super duper weapons and shoot themselves in the head, and hope to be born in some civilized country next time.

i agree with nukes. but nukes dont stop sanctions. they just help control the escalation ladder.

also even with nukes they can attack iran. countries with nukes have all been attacked. its just the enemy knows they cant go too far.

so if we had nukes 6 years ago, iran could have responded harder to soleimani attack which would have potentially deterred further attacks.

but even if the subsequent attacks against iran still happened, they could respond harder each time imposing equal or more damage

Nukes enable you to play the madman policy without facing severe consequences. It helps you sit at the table, instead of being on the menu.

Look at Iran's situation with the Strait of Hormuz. It's a madman tactic. Technically, Iran is in the wrong because the Strait of Hormuz could legally fall under international navigation. Yet, Iran is using it as a last resort measure and it is our winning card now.

Do you know how many such winning cards we have had in the past 2 decades that we didn't use because we couldn't handle the consequences?

If Iran uses its cards wisely and does not fear nuclear retaliation, or a full-scale invasion, the sanctions will be lifted really soon. The world simply cannot withstand regular wars with a nuclear Iran that controls major trade and energy routes.

Also, as you correctly pointed out, the escalation ladder that led to this point would've been muted and stopped right in 2018.

I think this is little different than any other type of phishing attack - discord has had attacks where clicking suspicious links dm'd to you completely compromises your account, for example, and presumably if they wanted to they could just link to the same kind of proxy site that's shown in that tweet and pull IPs that way, though just pulling someone's IP isn't particularly notable in and of itself. Could hypothetically do this with anything, unless your org or app has built in filters to only whitelist certain domains, like a corporate cybersec dept level filter or whatever.
