Donald Trump told the United Kingdom to “get your own oil” as he urged America’s allies to reopen the Strait of Hormuz themselves.The US president singled out Britain in his criticism of countries suffering from soaring oil prices caused by Iran’s closure of the vital shipping lane, suggesting the UK needed to learn “how to fight”.
Mr Trump said: “All of those countries that can’t get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion for you.
“Number 1, buy from the US, we have plenty, and Number 2, build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT.”
He added that the UK had to learn “how to fight for yourself, the USA won’t be there to help you any more, just like you weren’t there for us. Iran has been, essentially, decimated. The hard part is done. Go get your own oil!”
The Strait of Hormuz, the shipping route for a fifth of the world’s oil and gas exports, has been effectively closed ever since the US and Israel launched its war in Iran, pushing up global oil and gas prices.
On Monday the IMF warned the UK’s economy is “especially exposed” to the energy crisis and compared the impact to a “large sudden tax on income” for a family..

France sent warships to Cyprus to defend from Iran missiles, and if they didnt send more it must be because USA doesnt ask for. But privately they seem wishing to cooperate like leaked private text message proved.

Probably Irán was nuclear weeks ago. There has not been inspections from IAEA from months ago.
