The United States and the Soviet Union successfully deployed fission-only warheads on missiles as early as the 1950s. For example, the U.S. Mk-5 (1,400 kg) and the Soviet SS-3 were missile-deliverable fission weapons.

Airports can't be taken out that easily. Israel has full censorship in place, so no BDA unless Israel allows it for emotional support.

When the differences are deep, old and unbridgeable due to fundamentally different religious beliefs on both sides, negotiations will always be tricky, and any agreements tenuous.
