The coal refining technology is already very mature, and coal is not a scarce resource. When the oil price exceeds $80, coal refining will begin to enter the market, and when the oil price exceeds $100, coal refining technology will begin to take over the main energy market.

Shaheeds can fly pretty low like several meters above desert area connecting Jordan and Iraq considering there are not many buildings there. Which weapon system to use is not the point. Point is hitting Jordan is too risky because it may give Israel an opportunity to grab Jordanian land, then you would have an own goal.
