Ghalibaf trying to save face after being humiliated by the U.S. again
It's not Ghalibaf, it's the US that is being humiliated.
If you think that ceasefire was a stupid move and the full fledge war is inevitable, you can always have it.
Without a ceasefire, it was inevitable, with a temporary ceasefire (and I agree with you that the ceasefire is temporary), it is still inevitable, just delayed by a few days.
With the ceasefire, In two weeks, they can't replenish their anti missile system, so the situation will be more or less the same.
With the ceasefire, they can't bring anymore troops than they would have brought without the ceasefire.
Without the ceasefire, Israel would have continued bombing Lebanon and it wouldn't have been deterred with the kind of missile strikes that Iran was carrying out.
In my opinion, Iran's agreement on a temporary ceasefire, and then sticking to it despite gross violations from the other side has portrayed you as a peace loving nation. Many countries are now taking a clear stance. For example, Australia (although a nobody with no weight in the middle east politics) has clearly asked to include Lebanon in the lasting peace agreement.
So I suggest, rather than criticizing your own government, just think that ceasefire has done a little favor to Iran politically, while has not harmed its military strategies that much.
