Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I can't quite grasp what Iran's goals are at the moment, which is usually a red flag by itself.

It's clear that IRI is in talks and they clearly want some kind of deal, but their eagerness is pretty obvious despite their attempts to hide it.

The Iranian leadership has a pretty poor track record when it comes to negotiations. They often end up losing more during talks than they do on the actual battleground.

I don't have a good feeling about this ceasefire agreement and all these talks. I fear that Pakistan's reputation could be harmed, too, if the US decides in two weeks to invade Iran.

A sea blockade is usually the prelude of an invasion.

Everything is so muddy.

I'm a '90s and early 2000s youth... The Iranians are dropping these like bombs that keep getting better and better. Can't get enough of them playing them in my car with the speakers blasted... LOL

Keep it up Iran. This is really good

The USA beat China's economic architecture with Venezuela with its military great power.

Venezuela is not evidence of the U.S. defeating China’s economic model, it’s evidence of what happens when a state collapses under its own weight.

If you want, I can explain it in details. Your call…

The Iran-Pakistan ties are probably at an all time high since 1947 despite the 2024 clashes
And this conflict involving many big, influentia globall players is giving Pakistan a rare but powerful opportunity to expand its influence, which Pakistan is doing boldly but smartly.

Trump admits that the Strait of Hormuz will remain open by saving his face.

When a country retreats on the battlefield, the enemy's supply lines stretch, their resources are depleted, and they eventually reach the limits of their offensive, just as Russia is unable to advance any further in Ukraine. However, if a country retreats through negotiations, the enemy can permanently expand their position without the burden of supply or political pressure. They then use that as a foothold to make further demands, just as Israeli settlements have continued to expand for decades, and now settlements are also being built in Lebanon. If a country is going to retreat, it must do so on the battlefield. Retreating through negotiations is an irreparable mistake that invites further demands from the enemy, and the war will never end. This is the trap of war and negotiation that Iran is trapped in.

Now the US vs Iran rivalry has been turned into the US vs China rivalry, and it is better for Indonesia to stop becoming the second Gulf Nations. @Indos

Understandable to get more cooperation with US as Indonesia has program like KF21/IFX where cooperation with US will smooth things, previous problem is due to US tech restriction as some critical components still come from US and SK got F35 tech as well.

Come on dude, there will be no invasion, unless for that smal island critical for Iran oil and gas export.....but I doubt US will do it as I believe US at this stage doesnt want escalation any more, the war is not popular to US public

US objective is to make Iran becomes weak, so no threat to Israel. Nothing worth comes up in invading Iran as it is large nation with around 80 million people.

While the motive I see as pure revenge from US and Israel leadership point of view with US/ Trump see Iran Mullah regime keep chanting dead to America for decades and other things as Trump like to mention while Israel see it as Iran is big supporter of both Hisbullah and Hamas that prefer military conflict as method to resist from Israel occupation ( not non military method like Fatah and Lebanon Sunni factions)

Israel is the original DAESH. A religious Supremacist state born out of Terrorism!

Dude, we need this issue resolved early as possible, not because of peace, we are going to face massive energy crisis in Pakistan. Check IMF recent report, many countries may face massive inflation and energy sector is prime. Load shedding already started here in Islamabad and Pindi.
Pull Iran gas line and save the economy, now the cost of business is extremely high.
Pakistan really should have completed it's part of the IPI pipeline years ago when iran was asking it to, it would've served Pakistan (and Iran) very well today. Oh well!!
