Shoulder fired missiles are good for some low flying drones. Not going to change reality on the ground. So I doubt they thought a ceasefire is needed so we can get more manpads to troops.

You cannot move air defense systems around when your enemy is firing 100+ missile a day. Like in Jordan, the U.S. relocated the THAAD to a different location as soon as the war was paused.

Logistics are also impacted at PGCC countries, mostly during the war Iran was supplying Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Now it’s resupplying everywhere.

And they still do have reserves of interceptors and other radars they can pull from other parts of the world. They have other THAAD radars they can bring temporarily to the Middle East.

Israel/US can far rearm and resupply faster than Iran that had most locations above the surface obliterated related to arms development. Iran is
