I would like to think it is some form of pre-emptive warning to Israel from Iran, but Iran has failed to demonstrate any ability to generate the type of explosion seen given the accuracy issues of its missiles(or tactical ability).

There looks like a weapons handling issue, a mistake more than a "routine test".

Something went wrong, the question is "how wrong" and what was the overall damage.

I had thought it might be have been drone from South Lebanon, but looking at the map, it is too far away for an FPV strike against an ammunition dump itself.
