Not CPEC?
I support development of Gwadar but just wondering why Iranian trade is the best opportunity to develop it when CPEC has been going on in Pakistan , as a considerable Chinese investment in Pakistan and the region.

availability of basic parts of finish production is now easily available. First it was Houthi and Hezb change the war dynamics. Example when houthi used old Russian R73 locked KSA F15 from ground.
