This is so true and yet so frustrating honestly. Iran on one hand has done amazing in building its missile capabilities and on the other, all their Generals are/were obsessed with Martyrdom. I'm sorry but didnt you realise 100 million poor souls depended on you to protect them? Height of selfishness. GOD has given you free will and a Brain - use to it to defend yourself from the enemy that has NO morals whatsoever.

well the fact he was meeting other commanders in a known IRGC affiliated building above ground in Bandar Abbas (IRGC-N HQ) when he was killed also didn't help

I cannot get over Khamenei deciding to meet the military leadership (chief of staff Mousavi, head of IRGC Pakpour, defence minister Nasirzadeh, secretary of the Defence Council Shamkhani, head of SPND, and others) in his known public residence in Tehran which is completely unprotected at a time when everyone knew war was imminent. while staying with his entire family in that residence too.

then Larijani is killed while staying at his sister's house in Tehran

and Tangsiri is killed while meeting commanders at a known IRGC affiliated building in Bandar Abbas

and Fakhrizadeh refused to follow security protocols and did not let his body guard drive his car, and he was killed while his bodyguard survived

the real mystery is how Hajizadeh and Bagheri were killed. we never found out about it. the best theory was that Israel predicted they would move to a temporary command centre a few stories below a known military building in Tehran (rather than a dedicated bunker), and used bunker busters to target them.

Big loss and the fact that no US warship was destroyed/sunk is embarrasing. Only if IR had 4th or 4.5th gen decent 4-5squadrons, pic will be different on naval front as well.
