Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Are you trying to "suggest" that the USA has started the process of drawing down its resources in the middle east and associated logistical support that it moved in ?
It's just troop rotation, whatever the US is planning is beyond my purview, but you see those aircraft they are assigned to the USMC Air Mobility command. Make of that what you will.

The US were planning on drawing down their deployments in Europe as mentioned here:

Iran now needs to reign in Hizballah. If Israel has stopped the strikes and Hizb start hitting them again in Israel then we are back to square one. My guess is many in Hizb happy to see the war go on. In that sense they have a lot in common with the Israeli right wing

Agree - they should stop the strikes.

The local defenders should should defend their land from occupation forces, there is no reason for them to go out of their lands. If there is no threat to Northern Israel, and Beirut is off bounds, then Israel is in a pickle as the local forces pick off the invading forces with FPV's.

As I said if it were only that easy. Israel has not flattened Tehran either. Regardless of what popular solutions emotional plebes may demand, the leadership on both sides knows better than that.
As if they could lol Tehran's metropolitan area is 730km², while Gaza is barely 45km².

Agreed. This needs to stop, Iran cannot let Hizb dictate the pace here

ok - interesting. It is when you post stuff like those movements, you have done it for a reason or you have a view of why it is significant for you to post. If you could please old chap annotate why you think it is happening as your view(even if it turns out to be wrong) it would help alot of us who dont have the background to understand! :)

Problem here is, what of the IDF north of the Litani River?

Not this time in my opinion
Then you're falling for the same old trick. Trump also pretended to disagree with Netanyahu about Iran's nuclear program before the US bombed our nuclear facilities in complete coordination with Israel in last year's June.

Yeah, left me a bit confused too in all honesty

As I predicted, Iran agrees to stop if attacks on Lebanese stop, Israel ignores them, now Iran can carry on and claim the moral high ground and Israel looks like it is the one dragging humanity into hell....
This rabid dog of a state needs to be put down ASAP so that the rest of the world can live in peace.

But they did It in Gaza. And they're doing also in Lebanon. So that would do if they could also in Tehran.

Please don't be maliciously tolerant of the Israeli regime.

I am not tolerant of any war, regardless. It is abhorrent to me by its very nature.

Exactly my point. Iran is a huge and formidable adversary. Anybody can claim to be able to flatten Tehran, but is is not realistically achievable.

That is why the solution to the present conflict lies in negotiations, and not in an endless tit-for-tat cycle of attacks and counter-attacks. Those will achieve nothing for either side.

Gaza Strip is 365km^2

Tehran province (not just the city) is 18,800km^2

The city itself as you say is 730km^2, twice the size of the entire Gaza Strip

Not to mention the massive difference in delivering munitions to Gaza vs a target 1500km away
