Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

What would that accomplish? The US has not been engaging in good faith. Control of Hormuz is non-negotiable for Iran.

There is no pleasing people. If Iran takes the US at its word, it's foolish, naive, and weak. If it doesn't take it at its word, it's belligerent and wicked.

So rather than reaching out to USA via mediators, and give warnings Iran just shot missiles at 3 ships including 1 from Qatar? I mean this could've handled better.

Probably they did. Probably Irán consulted vía mediators but US just preferred to undermine the agreement.

But you shouldn't miss that many weeks has passed and before yesterday night event Islamic Republic sent just a isolated drone or missile days ago.

They continue to nullify the Iranian control over the Straits. So they're stepping up the conflict.

GCC can stop this war by refusing airspace and land bases to the US and Israel. But they are cowardly puppets.

Hundreds of billions of Dollars invested in Western countries are at risk. Note, how quickly Russia's hundreds of billions were frozen ($300 billion?) when the Ukraine war started. I had posted a video a couple of days ago of Alex Krainer talking about the huge economic risks some rich Arab countries face.
America's financial powers are perhaps even more than its military powers.

Peace, and you can not control SoH like this, the countries with a sword on their heads will not appreciate this, specially the ones who's traffic runs through this Strait. Iran needs to humble themselves a bit, focus on rebuilding and calm down a little bit, right now every ship you hit America bomb the crap out of Iran, create further problems for Iran. There is a time for fight, and a time for peace so you can rebuild. Be mindful that if the war resumes you will see several EU countries be more active to make SoH secure from any Iranian action, yes Iran wants to control the SoH but you can't just do by blackmailing other countries and global economy and flow of oil, because once the countries internal economic situation start getting stressed they will be more likely to join hands with America to bomb Iran or support their operations.

Did you expect them to?
Of course not. Trump attacked during negotiations and has torn up every ceasefire and deal in the past. Hence any new agreements are weak from the beginning and function more like guidelines. Iran has to keep the place de-stabilized so it can continue inflicting pain, and that's the only thing Trump actually responds to.

Oil price is edging back up which is good. As soon as the price of oil went down, Trump and his GCC partners in crime began fresh conspiracies like the Omani route and seizing Iranian frozen funds for themselves.

Iran also agreed to free passage for 60 days. What happened to that commitment?

Under the control of Irán. But if you are nullifying the control of maritime traffic (they're shadowing just alongside the Omanese coast) you are refusing free passage.

Even in international maritime routes are forbidden to sail so close to shores.

Again, Iran needs Peace more than America and Israel, because every time Iran is attack Iran attack Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain and UAE, not America/Israel itself. So maybe a little bit more calculated approach is better suited, situation is fragile and hawks in DC are already out there and doing everything to undermine the MoU, so a more level headed approach to avoid war is appreciated, this tit for tat attacks will further hinder Iranian rebuilding process.

Under the control of Irán.

Where does it say that in the MoU? This is #5:

"Article 5 | Immediately upon signing this MOU, Iran will make its best effort to ensure the safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz from the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea and vice versa, free of charge, for only 60 days. Commercial vessel passage will begin immediately and will be implemented within 30 days, considering the need to remove technical and military obstacles and clear mines by Iran. Iran will engage in dialogue with Oman while consulting with other Persian Gulf littoral states, in accordance with applicable international law and the sovereign rights of the Strait of Hormuz littoral states, to define future management and maritime services of the Strait of Hormuz."

Nothing is being offered for there to be a peace agreement. There have been no removal of US sanctions or UN sanctions nor has it been offered. Trump wanted to force Iran to buy American agricultural products with frozen funds rather than release them fully. Reparations were not offered but rather some ambiguous real estate private fund.

There was immediate relief from the sanctions as part of the MoU.

The removal of sanctions was to be negotiated as part of the final agreement.

At what point you will realize that Iran just can't go toe to toe with America when it comes to military, so basically you have to make concessions, and I see that every time America attack some Iranian members here start bashing their own IRI saying things like they are holding back, or they are just reacting to American strikes very weakly, have it ever occured to you that may Iran doesn't even possess to do any significant damage to American forces? After several weeks of intense bombings your forces took a significant damage and maybe just maybe with every new strike by America that capability is further detirioting ?

Iran doesn't seem to have the capability to hit Israel majorly since the Fall of Assad and the decimation of its allies in Gaza and Lebanon, on top of Iran's longer range missiles not doing too much damage to Israel. There is a reason the Israelis want the war to continue: They know that hiding in shelters is a price they are wiling to pay.
It seems like Iran's biggest weapons left is to bring down the regional, even the global economy as Iran itself goes down. That's not a small weapon though.

Removal of US sanctions require congressional approval which is impossible because US politicians are bought and paid for. IIRC France said it would block UN sanctions relief if Iran didn't unilaterally disarm missiles and drones.

Exactly but this will turn the regional counties more hostile towards Iran than they already are, KSA so far has been patience due to Pakistan's request to not engage in offensive operations against Iran, but if Qatar ships are not safe, and Iran just keep bombing the neighbors then who wins? Israel is safe, they are just chilling, they have the money to recover from whatever damage Hez or Iran did to them, as soon as peace returns investments and bail out money will rush into Israel's economy via EU/America, but where does that leave Iran? they are being bombed at will and a constant threat looms over their heads, most if not all their bases are either hit or completely destroyed, their attacks have significantly weaken so rather than reacting like hitting 3 ships, maybe just maybe lower the heat a notch.
