Pakistan should avoid getting into this mess (Jewish scheme) AT ALL COSTS.

Though contact should be done with Iranians/Houthis to keep it low when it comes to Saudis...

Also keep an eye on Israeli false flags - in Middle East and in Washington.

No, Saudis need to be taught a lesson. Take a step back and simply sit it out. Open the defence pact document, read it thoroughly, find a loophole and simply issue a statement. Saudis decided to go on an adventure, let them continue the journey on their own.

Could you please explain what is this "principle of control" in Article 5 of the MoU that you claim? Thanks.

Not that it matters now, but perhaps understanding language can help us all to understand better what the terms of the final settlement, whenever it finally happens, are in reality.
The US has no business in the region

They should protect their own coasts from drug cartels that are killing MILLIONS of Americans before going 8000km away from their coast trying to bully other nations

Saudis paid Pakistan in oil. Iran could have attempted instead Iran built relationship with India (muslim haters) and Russia (who according to Putin majority are russian speakers and follows Russia can not contemplate any agrresion against them)
Don't even go there. Pakistan hasn't finished its side of the pipeline since 2015, even though we have a contract. You signed a contract and broke it, and we can act on it and ask for reparations + interest for 11 years.

We can sue Pakistan for billion dollars in damages and we have not done that yet. Consider that to be our payment. Now let's see what will Pakistan do in return for that payment. Because the ceasefire and the MoU you mediated have been disastrous.

Muslim leaders are stupid and will give Israel what they want which is war between Muslim countries.

How stupid the GCC piglets to allow troops to attack Iran from their lands and pretend they neutral. Its inevitable that Muslims countries are being goaded into attackng each other

If Iran made the oil cheap enough to allow to take into account for sanctions that would inevitably follow against Pakistan (because of Iran/america relations) am sure it could have been done.

But paying market rates for oil that would result in sanctions is mad and btw I always beena supporter of IP pipeline

We do not need to make oil cheap enough for you. You signed a deal, knowing the price. You signed a contract, you broke it. As simple as that.

You have to realize that if the regime of Iran is changed, the contract you have broken will be grounds for reparations. Billions of dollars of reparations + interest.

Article 5 recalls UNCLOS and UNCLOS say "safe passage" decide by coastal country,

and US is not a coastal country. US is it an ALLIEN ILEGAL and IRGC is ICE taking out ALLIEN ILEGAL from Persian Gulf.

Period.

Isn't Oman a coastal country too? So how does Iran get to decide what Oman can do in its coastal waters?

Besides, the exact language of the MoU Article 5 is quite clear to comprehend, and none of it allows what happened with the traffic in the first 60 days.

damned saudis emboldened no doubt by Pakistani military

The Saudi's make stupid retarded decisions all the time, and this is another one of them.

Will we see a full restart of the Yemen war, and does this mean that Yemen will now go after Saudi's oil infrastructure on the red sea ? Saudi's had a level of immunity from the Hormuz because of these facilities.

That may be true, but your response has nothing to do with the question I asked, Sir.

Iran isn't a signatory to the UNCLOS. Besides that, the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz are too shallow for international navigation laws to kick in.

Also, even if we accept the UNCLOS as a basis for defining the territorial waters of Iran and Oman, since the strait is too narrow, our territorial waters overlap.

Supporting the regimes that support the genocidal yankees and zionists for money and power is even worse than supporting Satan

Both are, but NOT US. And if Oman plays dirty with a NON coastal country, they play fire.

They opened a waterway that is dangerous, against international maritime traffic and just designed to void the control agreed by BOTH countries.

But BOTH countries are IRAN and OMAN, NOT US.

I think it is not that much difficult to understand, man!.

All of these points need to kept in mind for any future negotiations, of course.

But Oman can do what it wants within its coastal waters, fire or not, right? Or am I missing something?

contract can be set aside in law. Neither of us has seen terms of contract so meaningless to talk about breach of cntract

The point I am making is that Iran should have made the deal so good that Pakistan had no choice but do it

we agree Pakistani leaders can be purchase So you think Saudis can buy Pakistani leaders but Iranians cant or wont pay the price required
