Most People knew about them from day 1. Everyone knew how Israel kept occupying Palestine with support from UK and US.
Israeli lobby controls the decision makers, own media, have their own people in powerful positions. They hardly care about rest.
Also we are seeing a little realization only at leftist / liberals side after the recent genocide of Palestinians and Israel pushing US to wars. They are only saying its too much what Israel is doing. They'd be happy with status-quo like killing few Palestinians every month not too many. They are also happy on occupation of Palestine. They'd never fully support justice for Palestine.
As far as Right-wing Americans / most republicans and fox-news watchers are concerned, they'd never go against Israel till their last dying breath.
So, only thing that would deter Israel or would seek justice for Palestine is strength and unity in Islamic world - which is a distant dream unfortunately. Either one islamic country becomes too powerful that it can get things done OR there is strong coalition without fearing about the west. Both looks distant dreams at the moment but achievable.
