Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

That wouldn't be a problem if he didn't say Iranians will behave like Isis. Thousands of sheep watch these videos and form opinions. That normalizes singling out and discrimination against millions of Iranians outside of Iran. That's minimal compared to having bombs fall on your head inside Iran but shitty nevertheless.
I hope he will be Schooled by Prof. Marandi soon.

logistics warehouse belonging to U.S. oilfield services company Halliburton in Kuwait’s Mina Abdullah industrial zone (28.97112, 48.08186) completely destroyed by Iranian drones

the newly destroyed warehouse is massive, measuring 300 metres x 70 metres

the adjacent warehouse destroyed two days ago (on 15 July) is also large, measuring 100 metres x 190 metres

He is the only Western analyst saying that Iran is becoming a 4th center of power and holds most of the cards in this confrontation since first weeks of the war.

He loves to sell his sub stack, but if he is considered “anti Iranian” than the rest of Western analysts must be considered leagues above him since they continuously keep parroting Iran is losing and doesn’t have any leverage.
He literally lied and twisted Khamenei's call for revenge into a call for Isis like attacks by individual Iranians on western civilians. He is creating a false image.

It's not ground breaking to call Iran a 4th center of power. Iran for a long time has been named alongside China and Russia as a triangle of opposition to the US which shows Iran has been considered in the same league. He just gave it a name "4th center of power".

He is not offering anything new with his "escalation trap" idea. We know the US will throw everything and the kitchen sink at this war to save western energy security and the petro dollar. He always repeats the same stuff over and over except now he is calling Iranians Isis on top of everything.

4th center of power, my ass. Iran isn't even the first or second center of power in its own neighborhood.

All this nonsense is to justify more destructive wars against Iran, nothing else. Telling their moronic followers that Iran is some major, immediate threat that needs to be dealt with.

They "suspected" it and yet agreed to the ceasefire and the MoU on Trump's birthday! How intelligent of them.

European and German naval assets are steadily entering the picture in the Persian Gulf, with Germany's minesweeper Fulda and support ship Mosel already transiting toward the region alongside British, French, Italian, and Dutch contributions. these deployments signal a serious multinational effort to secure the Strait of Hormuz through mine clearing and freedom of navigation operations. If the US and its allies succeed in keeping the strait reliably open by force when necessary, Iran risks losing nearly all the strategic leverage it gained during the war. Tehran’s ability to threaten closure had been its strongest card, disrupting global energy flows and bolstering its negotiating position but a secured Hormuz would neutralize that threat, restore market driven oil exports under international oversight, and likely leave Iran economically weaker and more isolated than before the conflict began.
Nato wimps are a non-issue. Their doctrine is to keep up appearances hence a refueler here, an Awacs there. They have their hands full with Russia thanks to Trump ending support for Ukraine.

Exactly. He is a full professor. It is impossible that what he said is a simple mistake. He knows what he is doing and he is playing a role in forming opinion in the Overton Window youtube "alt media."

I think he's more attention seeker (look how good I'm, follow me) and a nerd who is specialized in certain topic but knows nothing outside of his specialism and that's why he's spreading nonsense lately.

I am getting tired of Prof. Pape. Seems too low for an American professor from a great university to paddle his theories about 'escalation trap'. Doesn't he ever teach some actual coursework?! He could learn from Prof. Jefferey Sachs about humility and careful wording.
But not saying Prof. Pape's ideas are out of question. Just sick of his self-marketing.

thankfully, new satellite imagery shows no damage to buildings near Bushehr reactor. prior reports about this were incorrect. Iran rightfully rejected those reports.
