Subsidised fuel smuggle only is already a few Billion USD a year gift from Iran to Pakistan. Pakistan establishment is more wise than risking its ties with a neighbour for a cheap loan.

If the smuggling was indeed so beneficial, why are we not importing all the fuel through smuggling?

Think on that for a moment.
