During the war Iran let Pakistan bound tankers pass multiple times. However, Maybe now since Pakistan has inserted itself into the defense of House of Saud they will not allow such goodwill. Maybe you know this, hence your comment.

Or maybe Iran still offers this route to Pakistan, but Saudi Arabia is charging Pakistan full price for fuel! You can never trust these treacherous Arabs.

Sensible policy to completely stop buying expensive fuel from Arabs and stop supporting isreali and US interests indirectly. Just start to buy cheap oil from Iran and Russia.
