I agree with you at this point.

You cannot invoke article 5 if you are attacking another country. By allowing US bombers to use its military bases to attack Iran, UK is actively supporting the war.

This is also why Turkey couldn’t invoke article 5 when they shot down a Russian fighter jet inside Syria during the Syrian war.

Pakistan's economy forces it to not alienate the GCC Arabs, the EU, and the Americans while Pakistan also faces a giant threat from India but Pakistan's geography also forces Pakistan to not alienate Iran--on the contrary.
It is a very tricky balancing act. Perhaps no other nation in the entire world faces such strategic nightmares and dilemmas as Pakistan does, mostly because of a powerful, Western allied nation like India breathing down on Pakistan for eight decades. There are UK bases in Middle East and Cyprus that are exposed and vulnerable. Iran would likely strike these first before escalating to Diego Garcia or UK soil.

I'd say, with the exception of Turkey, Iran and Israel, all Middle Eastern leadership is very vulnerable to CIA/Mossad targeting. Maybe even some northern African countries too.
Pakistan doesn't fit into that because Pakistan simply could not survive against India--a determined, powerful enemy of 8 decades--if Pakistan was so vulnerable to foreign machinations.
