Yes, this is true, because Zarif is a diplomat, his job is to negotiate. What do you expect a diplomat to do?
The blame is on those who prevent us from obtaining nukes so they can use the nuclear program as an excuse to keep us sanctioned.

The guilty are the reformists who did everything in favor of West against Iranian scientific fields including nuclear program and got absolutely nothing in exchange
And still since Pezeshkian time they beg for negotiations with West which is extremely silly
We mustn't negotiate with west over defensive factors of our country including nuclear and missile programs
But reformists since Rohani time don't have any ears to listen this simple fact
Oh yes, Iranian women are among the most materialistic, but those living in the u.s. are a real insult to humanity.........

Israel cannot deploy nuclear weapons without US approval. Period. Creating such a precedent would lead to disastrous consequences for Europe and NATO.
This unrational fear of Israel using Atomic bombs is nothing but propaganda. Unfortunately, it seems like it is a successful propaganda narrative that sustains itself.

He banned using nukes, but at the same time he said IRAN must have 190,000 SWUs — a threshold nuclear capability like Japan, South Korea, and several other countries under the NPT
You can google and check how many times he said Iran must have 190,000 SWUs but the pro West reformists went in a completely different direction and they heavily damaged/destroyed Iran's nuclear deterrence, Iran's space program, Iran's economy and many other fields....
