From what I observe, it's not just about revealing SAM sites. An anti-air gun or MANPADs is able to do the job. It's alarming that they are allowed to linger so long and deep within Iran as well

They cannot use them in large quantities, despite having 40+ years to prepare launching mechanisms.

What happened in 12 day war they started running on low supply and had trouble moving missiles around.

Israel has no reason to attack again especially without US greenlight. US wanted Iranian nuclear program delayed which is why they greenlight Israeli attack. US won't greenlight another attack to destroy some missile sites and other military stuff.

Israel won't go on its own accord to do that without US greenlight.
