If full Usa and Israeli airstrikes like before, Iran will respond and attack Israel and Usa bases around the region. Israel probably wants Iran to strike GCC bases so enemity can be created, with regarding attacks on Israel no doubt Iran will cause big damage but Israel/Usa will try to finish Iran means to attack within a few weeks, after this Iran will be sitting ducks.

The missiles are probably safe from any attack and nuclear protected, they are buried way deeper than Fordow which itself is very deep underground

Missile wise the factories are vulnerable to attacks but it can be repaired or rebuilt while retaliating at the same time
