Bahrain govt recently said something to the likes of "if they are attacked by Iran, they will respond", which is an indirect admission that Bahrain govt will support US in a way that will invite Iranian strikes on Bahrain. Given the looow level of trust and high level of tension in the ME region, Words dont mean anything now, but actions mean everything.
I guess thinking iran is a toothless loudmouth is what made Israel start the war woth iran mid last year....only to beg for a ceasefire les than 2 weeks after clashes started. Iran killed and maimed many US soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan and US still hasn't gotten over that(Iran schools US in insurgent and asymmetrical warfare). Why isn't US seizing Iranian tankers now? Because iran will act if iran chooses to. Iran is not a loudmouth actually, like China, and thats why many enemies r coming for iran now- they've taken too much damage, per their perspective.
