Guys, I think the US Generals Opposition Leak is a Trap for Iran!

They purposefully released a story like that to "Humanize" US Military personnel in the eyes of IRGC members, so they don't go too hard on them or "hold back a lot" in the first hours, so that IRGC would show them "mercy" and spare some bases or ships with high numbers of personnel onboard, so instead of maximizing enemy casualties they are trying to make Iran "calibrate a response" instead of fighting war like normal which is to maximize enemy casualties and maximize tactical objectives achieved within the first hours of high-intensity exchange of fire/bombardment.

Like they want IRGC to go easy on them while USAF and USN alone won't hold back, so IRGC MUST NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP INTO THINKING THAT the common soldier is "oh so pitiful we need to spare some of them" instead of Iran going all out.

Even when Ghaddafi was toppled their was “rebels” as the defacto boots on the ground for the West.

You cannot do regime change only via the air.

Iran by land mass is:

• 2.53x bigger than Afghanistan
• 8.8 times bigger than Syria
• 3.76 times bigger than Iraq
• If you combined, these three countries into one big country, Iran would still be 1.3x bigger in landmass

So 60 days via the air is nothing.
