If Saudi Arabia is attacked it will put Pakistan in a difficult situation.

Both sides will see if the defence pact is worth the paper it is written on. Pak cannot attack Iran, so will mean we leave the Saudis to themselves.

Has the Pakistani army taken this into consideration when starting the Taliban offensive


If Pakistan is actually fighting its own war then it probably is not obligated to help the Saudis if the Saudis are not materially helping Pakistan.

Likewise if the Saudis are not actually at war then no reason to invokr

Interesting, I honestly never expected the CIA to be lurking on this forum. Do they lurk on other forums too, or is it mostly English-speaking ones?

I am pretty sure they (any one of the agencies, FBI, NSA, whatever you can think of) had put this on a Open Source watch list.

This is not really that big of a deal; that just means they are watching this forum to some degree, the same way they watch overseas news channels (like CCTV/CGTN), for example, there are CIA officer who understand Mandarin, and their job is to watch CCTV/CGTN 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

They probably are not going to have that many resources on this normally, but would spike in time like this to get everything covered.
